Prototype 45:

Because with prototype 44 there where problems with fillings that didn't stay in place an other method of sewing it on is used. This 'final' prototype for testing stayed with the client afterward to test it some more on her own.

Positive expected: it moves less then prototype 43

Positive unexpected: 

Negative expected: the filling still becomes thinner every time it is used. You can see on the film that when feline moves around the velcro strip on the side loosen up a bit

Prototype 44

Prototype 44:

The combination of prototype 43 is again used here with the difference that the filling on top of the envelope(the part that doesn't touch the ground) is from prototype 12

Negative unexpected: there is a movement of the filling

prototype 4

 prototype 4:

by combining prototype 2 and 3 we get prototype , a flexible but harder front and a soft foam as backing. the harder material distributes the forces more across the foam, while the foam adjusts to the shape of the knee.

Negative expected:thick

Negative unexpected:debris is still noticeable

We are testing the effectiveness of simple soft foam, the prototype only tests material and not the shape or size
